Diagnosed a Microsoft Entra ID B2B policy change that broke OneDrive external sharing Bank-wide, isolating it as an identity-platform issue rather than a SharePoint fault.
Authored a Teams lifecycle governance policy covering team closure and orphaned/inactive teams, delivered as a formal policy document and process-flow diagram.
Built PnP PowerShell automation to provision SharePoint Document Set folder structures, replacing a manual process.
